Q: Are the measurement and color accurate?
A: Please give an allowance of 2cm/1inch inaccuracy in measurement and color may be slightly different due to the monitor.

Q: How long it takes for the items to arrive?
A: It takes 3 - 5 working days or earlier to reach in your letterbox.

Q: What are the payment options available?
A: We accept Bank Transfer, PayNow and Cards payment only.

Q: Can I cancel my order and request a refund after I have completed my purchase?
A: Cancellation can be made within 12-hours and as long as order is not processed yet. Any payment made will be refunded after cancellation is successful. No refunds are issued after 12-hours as orders are in progress. Contact us with your order number promptly to process your request.
