FULLY COOKED & FROZEN:
Heat up is needed before consume. Can be kept frozen up to 3 months. Do not leave it outside overnight if intended to fridge it for up to 1 month.

Self collected on our 'cooking day' only.

HEAT UP WITH CAUTION! EXTREMELY HOT!

STEP 1
The packs are microwave and boiling safe. Defrosting is not needed. Choose one reheat method below.

MICROWAVE METHOD - Slightly tear the frozen pack, place it on a plate and into the microwave to reheat for 3 to 9 mins on high, depending on size.

OR BOILING METHOD - Do not tear the frozen pack, place it into 80°C boiling water up to 11+ mins, depending on size.

STEP 2 COOL DOWN
Remove the pack from microwave or boiling water and let it rest in a short time to cool down.

STEP 3 JOM BEDAL
Tear the pack fully and remove the beef chillies on the plate. It is ready to eat!

Q1: DO YOU USE FRESH CHILLIES OR STORE BOUGHT READY COOKED PASTE?
ANS: We bought fresh quality red chillies from Singapore market and they are home-based blend with extra care. It takes almost a day to wash 2 - 3 times before cut and blend for large quantity. Therefore, our process is 100% no preservation and no added coloring.

Q2: HOW THICK IS THE BEEF MEAT?
ANS: Our kind and respected butchery will provide us with thinly sliced beef to give the most tender beef texture on each bite. The thickness is like semi shabu-shabu cut but various cuts on the width.

Q3: HOW IS THE PRICE QUOTED?
ANS: The price is based on the number of hours and days to prep and cook. Also, based on the quality of ingredient. We had tried cheaper options to bring the price lower and it was never the same. Therefore, our ready Cooking Paste will able you to select your own meat ingredient and add our cooking paste without adding water. Add it to make fried rice or noodles. This way you can still enjoy the taste with your preferred star ingredient quick and easy!
