DIRECTIONS
Do not consume during pregnancy and it is not consumable for children under the age of 2. Take 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 ml) daily. You may also add 2 teaspoons (30 ml) to hot water for a healthy and naturally sweet herbal tea. Can be mixed with hot or cold beverages.
